UW-Rock County is working to reconnect with Beloit. Regional Dean of UW Colleges-Southwest Charles Clark hosted a discussion session Thursday morning at the Beloit Club. Clark admits despite serving the entire county, there’s been times the focus has been too heavily on Janesville. Clark says he recently met with the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, The Daily News, and others to enhance the understanding of the programs offered at UW-Rock County.
