After more than two years on the market, Blackhawk Technical College has found a buyer for its Aviation Center at the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport. BTC spokesman Gary Kohn says the board of trustees have worked out a deal with Burlington based Meisner Aircraft. BTC ended its Airframe and Power Plant program at the end of the 2013 spring semester. Kohn says the deal aligns with the new college president’s goal of reducing the school’s physical footprint. Terms of the contract still have to be approved by the Wisconsin Technical College System President. Sales price for the two acres of land is listed at $400 hundred.
