A letter with a little something extra shows up at the Janesville office of Congressman Paul Ryan. Police and firefighters were called to the congressman’s constituent services office in the Olde Towne Mall about 2:00 o’clock Monday afternoon. Janesville police say the office had received a letter with an unknown substance in it. An officer shined a flashlight at the envelope and thought it looked like glitter. Police put the envelope in an evidence container and will send it to a lab for testing.
