A 39-year-old Janesville woman accused of having a sexual relationship with a group home client with the mentality of a 12-year-old takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.
Roxanne Gonzalez plead guilty to a single count of felony second degree sexual assault and plead no contest to five counts of fourth degree sexual assault.
As part of the plea deal, the single count of felony second degree sexual assault was held open, and Gonzalez was sentenced to four years of probation on the other five counts of fourth degree sexual assault.
According to the criminal complaint, one of Gonzalez’s co-workers discovered her in a compromising position with a 24-year-ld client in May of last year.
