A 26-year-old Janesville man is being held on a $45 thousand cash bond in connection with a shooting in the city’s Fourth Ward. Frederick E. Johnson appeared in Rock County Court Tuesday after being at large for three-months. Johnson is charged with being party to attempted first-degree homicide and armed robbery in what Janesville police describe as a drug deal gone wrong. 19-year-old Mandrick Teich of Janesville was shot during an altercation at the intersection of Wilson and Lincoln Streets November 7th. 20-year-old Nando Enis of Janesville is also accused in the incident and is being held on a $35 thousand bond.
