A 57-year-old Lake Geneva man is facing a charge of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated charge after being arrested in the Town of Beloit Saturday night. A Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy says Landry Loftus was spotted driving erratically on South Riverside Drive near Cranston Road a little after 8:00 o’clock. The deputy says Loftus smelled of alcohol and failed the field sobriety tests. Loftus is being held at the Rock County Jail until his initial court appearance Monday afternoon.
