A developer could be one step closer to providing concrete that’s produced in Janesville for the Interstate expansion project after Monday night.
Associate Planner Ryan Krzos says the City Council will hold public hearings on ordinances annexing and rezoning property north of I-39/90 and west of Kettering Street for a proposed temporary concrete production facility .
The Janesville Plan Commission unanimously approved a conditional use permit for the project at their February 20th meeting.
The City Council meets at 6:00 at City Hall.
