The Janesville League of Women Voters and Forward Janesville team up to host a City Council candidate forum.
League of Women Voters Vice President Katie Kuznacic says the event will take place Thursday evening at 6:00 at the Hedberg Public Library.
Incumbents Doug Marklein and Kay Deupree, former Council member Jim Farrell, and newcomers Sue Conley, Thomas Wolfe, Jim Dennis Steve Knox, and Jeffrey Navarro have all agreed to attend. Kuznacic says they haven’t been able to get in touch with Spence Zimmerman. There are four open seats on the council.
The election is April 4th.
