Many members of Rock County’s Latino community may be a little confused by recent changes in federal policies regarding immigration. Diversity Action Team of Rock County board member Jose Carrillo says an event Wednesday night at Blackhawk Technical College is intended to help. Among the featured speakers is the executive director of the Voces de la Frontera, which is an organization focusing on immigration reform. The event is set to run from 6:30 til 8:00.
