A 61-year-old West Allis man is facing charges of seventh-offense intoxicated driving after a traffic stop in the Town of Beloit. Dennis J. Martch was arrested a little after 9:30 Friday night when a town of Beloit police officer stopped the minivan Martch was driving. The officer says he stopped Martch near the corner of Park and Bayliss Avenues because his headlights weren’t on. The criminal complaint indicates Martch had a restriction on his license requiring he not exceed a blood alcohol content of .02, but a preliminary breath test showed .13.
