The Wisconsin State Assembly Tuesday honored Rumor, the German Shepherd who won Best in Show at the 2017 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. State Representative Don Vruwink of Milton presented the citation of commendation to Kent Boyles of Edgerton. Vruwink applauded Boyles for presenting Rumor, not just as his dog, but as a dog to represent all of Wisconsin.
