The Rock County Council on Aging Family Caregiver program announces the 2017 Family Caregiver Informational Series starting on April 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Whether you are just starting your caregiving journey or if you have been on it awhile, this topic will give you some important pointers.
Plan to attend this monthly session and meet other caregivers who experience the same things you do. There is no cost to attend. Pre-registration is encouraged. Transportation and respite services are available to those who qualify.
All sessions will be held at the Council on Aging office, 3328 Hwy 51 North, Janesville.

May 4, 2017 at 2:00 pm Topic: Three ways to respond when someone with Alzheimer’s says “I want to go home!” and other tips for dementia caregivers.
