Rock County Judge James Daley throws the book at a Janesville man convicted of 10th offense operating while intoxicated.
54-year-old Scott Ross was sentenced Friday afternoon to seven and a half years in prison and five years extended supervision – the maximum allowed by law.
Ross was arrested in February of last year after being stopped for driving erratically in the area of West Milwaukee Street and South Jackson Street in Janesville. At the time he was on extended supervision after recently being released from prison for his 9th OWI conviction.
