The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is hoping to get lucky, with the Wisconsin Lottery, in the search for Joseph Jakubowski. Sheriff’s Commander Troy Knudson says in addition to social media, electronic billboards, and wanted posters … published alert messages have now been sent to all lotto terminals. The 32-year-old Jakubowski is wanted in connection with a Janesville gun shop burglary, arson, and threats regarding religion and the government sent in a 161-page manifesto to the President. Knudson says more than 150 law enforcement officers have been pursuing tips from the public, which numbered more than 700 as of this morning.
