A developer looks to fill a need for single family homes in Janesville.
Associate Planner Brian Schweigl says on Monday, May first the Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposal to construct seven single-family condominiums on a single 1.6 acre lot on the 900 block of Sutherland Avenue.
As the property is zoned general residential, the project requires a conditional use permit from the Plan Commission.
