Janesville police look for help in suspect identification

Janesvile police are asking the public’s help in identifying a man they suspect of touching a woman inappropriately.  Officers say the man approached a 20-year-old woman pushing a stroller at about 4:40 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Racine Street and Randall Avenue.  The man asked the woman for sex, followed her, and then grabbed her inappropriately.  Police are circulating a surveillance photo, and would appreciate a call or text from anyone with information.
