A 49-year-old McFarland man is facing charges including multiple counts of exposing intimate parts to a child, and exposing a child to harmful materials. Michael J. Tufano is accused of repeatedly exposing himself to teen girls he knows in Edgerton, and showing them pornographic websites. The criminal complaint says an adult contacted Edgerton police April 14 saying she’d learned Tufano had been committing the acts since November. The complaint indicates one of the victims told police she felt uncomfortable, and the girls would leave the room when this happened. Tufano is a registered sex offender, and was ordered held on a $ 24 thousand bond after his initial Rock County Court appearance Thursday.
