A 27-year-old Edgerton man is accused of injecting a 16-year-old girl with heroin and prescription drugs before having sex with her.
Kourtenay B. Woerth is charged with felony bail jumping, sexual intercourse with a child, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
According to the criminal complaint the girl ran away from home for three days last month during which time she stayed with Woerth at his grandmother’s house.
The girl told police she smoked crack, injected heroin, and snorted prescription pills with Woerth. She also said they had sex on two occasions.
At the time of Woerth’s arrest he was out on bail for a previous possession of narcotics case.
