Representatives of Beloit’s Adiktion Night Club appeal to the City’s Alcoholic Beverage License Control Committee with upgraded security.
During a hearing on a new liquor license application for the business Tuesday Parvinder Singh testified that he was contracted to install better security cameras.

During a hearing in 2015 when the club’s original liquor license was revoked Beloit Police testified for seven hours about numerous incidents of underage drinking and fights, including one incident where three people were shot in the parking lot.
