A 42-year-old Beloit man convicted of manufacture and delivery of THC, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of paraphernalia is sentenced to five years of probation and eight months in the Rock County Jail diversion program.
Prosecutor Jodi Dabson Bollendorf says Mitchell Hemmerling will also be required to stay away from the Eclipse Center and at least a half mile from Beloit Memorial High School.
Hemmerling was arrested in November of last year after the Rock County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at his Highland Avenue home and confiscated more than 70 marijuana plants.
