Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel and local State legislators meet with members of the criminal justice system in Janesville.
The head of the State Department of Justice says often times there’s a disconnect between those who make the laws and those who enforce them.
Schimel says one issue that he’s hearing about around the State is the need for mental health treatment centers.
Schimel was joined at the event Monday at the Janesville Central Fire Station by representatives of local government, local law enforcement, mental health professionals, and the district attorney’s office.
