The Beloit Police Department is teaming up with Rockford Police to solve gun crimes. Beloit Police Chief David Zibolski says Rockford has a National Integrated Ballistic Information Network machine. Zibolski says this quickly allows for testing and can match evidence from multiple scenes anywhere in the midwest region. He says the partnership is already proving results.
