The Rock County Sheriff’s Office lifts the no wake order for the southern portion of the Rock River.
County ordinance calls for the no wake order to be dropped on the portion of the river downstream from Beloit Town Line Road Bridge, to the southern Rock County Line when the river falls bellow 8.5 feet at Afton.
Currently that portion of the Rock River is at 8.24 feet. A no wake restriction remains in place for the rest of the river.
