Janesville city crews are still busy cleaning up from Wednesday night’s severe thunderstorms. Much of the debris has been moved onto terraces, and city officials ask residents not to report this. They say crews will return to remove the debris. To aid residents in disposing of their own downed trees, limbs, and brush, the city’s compost site and demolition landfill will be open Sunday. The hours Sunday will be from 8:00 until 5:00.
