The royalty is set for this summer’s Rock County 4H Fair. 13-year veteran of Magnolia 4-H, 19-year-old Brooke Trustem, and 12-year veteran of River Valley 4-H, 17-year-old Jack Elliott, were chosen queen and king Sunday afternoon during ceremonies at the fairgrounds. Trustem has participated in dairy, foods and nutrition, clothing, poultry, youth leadership, home environment, child development, visual arts, crops, and veterinary science. Elliot’s been involved in horse and pony, shooting sports, rabbits, poultry, foods and nutrition, and visual arts. Their duties will begin almost immediately.
