Beloit police pick up a suspect in a shots fired incident. Officers say they arrested a 26-year-old city man with the help of neighbors who reported his location. The incident was reported about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Oak Street. Police say they found a shell casing, and a bullet, which was fired into the ground. The suspect was arrested on charges including disorderly conduct while armed and recklessly endangering safety.
