Motorists traveling one Janesville thoroughfare Friday morning may want to plan ahead.
Officials with the City of Janesville’s Engineering Department says the eastern north-south lag of Capital Circle east of South Wuthering Hills Drive is scheduled to be closed to through traffic starting early Friday morning and lasting until early Friday afternoon.
While local access will be maintained to driveways, traffic will not be detoured around the closure.
Advanced warning will be posted at both the Wuthering Hills and Capital Circle intersections.
The closure is necessary while a private contractor installs a water service to the new Westphal building on the 4200 block of Capital Circle Drive.
