Milton police say the 16-year-old boy, being held responsible for posting a photo on-line about a school shooting, exhibited a profound error in judgement. Police say given the impact of the suspect’s actions however, he has been referred to the Rock County juvenile court system for one count of disorderly conduct. School officials informed police of the post referencing Columbine and “shooting up” a school Tuesday.
