The mystery of recent wolf sightings in Rock County may be solved. Officials with the Humane Society post on facebook they believe they a wolf-dog hybrid. They say it could just be a dog, but it looks like a wolf in many ways. They plan a DNA test. Staffers have named their new charge “London”, in honor of the author of Call of the Wild. Even though London has been living in the wild, he appears to love wet cat food. Unfortunately the Humane Society may not be able to find a traditional pet home for London, because it’s unlikely he’ll be able to be fully socialize. Officials say they’re looking at sanctuaries all over the county in the hopes of finding the right fit for the animal.
