A 50-year-old Janesville man is facing a 7th Offense Operating While Intoxicated charge after an early morning hit-and-run. Police say they found Timothy J. Johnson passed out behind the wheel of his car in the 1100 block of North Pine Street about 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Officers were investigating a report of a hit and run accident to a parked vehicle on North Washington. Johnson was also arrested on charges of Operating After Revocation Due to Alcohol and Hit and Run to an Unattended Vehicle.
