The 21-year-old former Chicago man accused of firing four shots into a Janesville man’s vehicle on Monday morning is held on a $10,000 cash bond.
It’s the exact amount prosecutor Scott Dirks argued for during Sundiata M Roach’s initial appearance Thursday afternoon in Rock County Court.
Roach is charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety, although prosecutors say he faces an additional charge of felony bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint a disagreement between Roach and the victim stemmed from money Roach owed the victim for bailing him out of jail.
