The Janesville City Council isn’t shy about reversing it’s predecessors votes.
Council President Doug Marklein says Monday night at 6:00 the council will take a second look at just cause and progressive discipline which only passed on a four to three vote.
In April the newly seated council voted to remove language from the City’s economic development policy and removed a provision on bid schedule B that required City staff to report on consultant spending. Both decisions by the previous council were only two weeks old when they were repealed.
The City Council will hold a public hearing before making their decision Monday night.
