A 52-year-old Janesville man is facing charges including 4th Offense Operating While Intoxicated, Open Intoxicants, and Possession of Marijuana. Janesville Police say they stopped Matt A. Lowman in the 1100 block of Columbus Circle about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night. Officers say they made the arrest after responding to a report of an erratic driver. Police say Lowman is being held at the Rock County Jail awaiting a court appearance.
