The 16-year-old Beloit boy who’s being charged as an adult in a shooting last November in Janesville makes an appearance in Rock County Court.
Attorney Michael Shannon Murphy entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Eric M. Short Thursday afternoon at his arraignment.
