Holiday bells will be ringing starting Friday in Janesville. Salvation Army Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator Amber Landre says it’s Christmas in July.
Landre says the donation drive is being limited to Friday and Saturday the next two weeks this year because of a lack of bell ringers and reduced donations last year. Landre says volunteer bell ringers are still welcome.
