The long arm of the law reaches a little farther now thanks to social media. Beloit Police Captain Dan Molland says using Facebook this week to ask the public’s help in locating a sexual assault suspect paid off with tips to his possible whereabouts. Molland says 29-year-old Joshua d. Schindler was taken into custody Thursday at an apartment in Waukesha. Police wanted him on suspicion of assaulting a child.
