(Gazette photo) Walworth, Kenosha, and Racine counties aren’t the only ones dealing with rising waters. Heavy rains have caused Turtle Creek in Beloit to rise two feet in less than a day. The National Weather Service says on Wednesday, Turtle creek rose from just short of five-feet at 8:30 in the morning to almost seven-feet by 10:45 at night. The National Weather Service did issue a flood warning for Turtle Creek in Beloit and near Clinton Thursday.
