Officials with the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Show team in Janesville are keeping in close contact with the Rock County Health Department after high levels of E. Coli bacteria were found in the Rock and Yahara Rivers earlier this week.
Club President Tim Cullen says the team has never had to cancel a show because of water quality before.
Cullen says while the team gets a waiver for the county slow-no-wake ordinance, the flooding does cause problems with floating debris.
If the team does cancel it’s Sunday show it will be posted on social media immediately.
