Rock County is under a flash flood watch until 9:00 Saturday morning.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says the National Weather Services has forecasted heavy rains impacting the area for the next 18 hours with two to three inches expected.
A flood warning continues for the Rock River at Afton.
Sand and sandbags are avalable to Rock Township residents at Rock Town Hall and for Milton and Fulton Township residents at the Newville Park and Ride.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is asking citizens to avoid traveling across high waters on roadways and report any hazardous conditions to Rock County Communications.
