The latest Rock Ready Index may reflect a relatively healthy local economy. Rock County Economic Development Manager James Otterstein says the job market appears particularly strong. The index for the second quarter also shows home sales price numbers have increased. Otterstein says even the sales and use tax collections are holding their own after increasing steadily the last few years.
