Beloit police looking for the owner of a boat. Officers say they found the watercraft in the 1900 block of Saint Lawrence Avenue about 4:00 o’clock Tuesday morning. The boat was found sitting in a middle lane, without a trailer. Police say the last registration dates back more than a decade.
