A 48-year-old Janesville woman is facing a charge of 5th Offense Intoxicated Driving. A criminal complaint filed in Rock County Court indicates Cynthia J. Bonavia was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning after being stopped on Waterford Court in the Town of Beloit. The complaint states she told an officer a friend had been driving the car but had walked away, but that person was not located, and a witness later told police Bonavia was the driver. She also is charged with obstructing an officer.
