Janesville may be helping the country improve its self-reliance thanks to SHINE Medical Technologies plans for a radio isotope manufacturing facility. House Speaker Paul Ryan helped SHINE celebrate its groundbreaking this morning, implying the facility could strengthen America. SHINE CEO Greg Piefer reinforced the point before a crowd of more than two-hundred at the work-site just east of the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport. Piefer says SHINE will construct Building One to simplify the story of how the technology works to attract more investment.
