The Dairy Queen on West Court Street in Janesville will open as soon as clean-up is finished after a Friday morning fire. The fire was isolated to the grill area according to Fire Battalion Chief Chris Lukas. Dairy Queen staff had pretty much extinguished the fire before firefighters arrived. Lukas says the building didn’t have any structural damage. Dairy Queen officials say they’ll reopen as soon as the health department completes the mandatory inspection following a fire.
