Democratic U.S. Representative Mark Pocan recognizes there are issues that are unique to Beloit.
The Congressman met with community and business leaders Wednesday afternoon.
Pocan says he continues to hear how important a proposed Ho Chunk Nation Casino is to the area, and he’s doing what he can to support the project in Washington D.C.
Pocan’s visit was part of a “Lunch and Learn” event hosted by Visit Beloit.
