A traffic crash leads to the 4th OWI arrest for a 47-year-old Janesville man. Police say Troy g. Brewster was driving north in the 500 block of North Pearl Street a little before 9:30 p.m. Saturday night when he struck a legally parked vehicle. Officers say Brewster showed signs of impairment by intoxicants and failed field sobriety tests. Police say he refused a preliminary breath test and had a 0.02 BAC restriction from previous alcohol related convictions. Brewster was also charged with a probation violation.
