To combat low inventory, Rock-Green Realtors Association President Heidi Krenz-Buchanan says members are getting creative to find listings. Krenz-Buchanan says realtors are using direct mail, social media, and word of mouth to find sellers. The number of sales in July dropped almost 5% compared to a year ago, even though the median sales price increased 4%. The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports median sales prices of existing homes in July were at record levels. The median sales price for July in Rock County was $142,450.
