Driving times on the Interstate between Janesville and Madison could be slowed a bit midday (Wednesday) and Thursday. The Department of Transportation warns bridge crews will be conducting safety survey’s of 12 structures along the route in both Dane and Rock Counties from 10:00 in the morning til 3:00 in the afternoon. Backups and delays are expected. Motorists are urged to plan ahead and use alternate routes or allow extra time to safely reach their destinations.
