The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department is releasing the name of the victim from Monday night’s fatal roll-over accident on the Interstate in the town of Milton. The Medical Examiner says 37-year-old Kenny J. Lissner of Evansville died as the result of injuries sustained in the accident reported about 10:30 p-m near Manogue road. The State Patrol says the it appears the driver hit the median, rolling at least once. The driver was ejected and hit by another vehicle. The crash remains under investigation.
