A 38-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 5th Offense. The State Patrol says a trooper saw a car traveling extremely slowly and weaving heavily on the Interstate about 3:00 o’clock Monday morning. Officials say Joaquin Tomas Sipriano was pulled over and arrested near County Highway W between Stoughton and Madison.
